Know from the rivers in clefts and in crevices: those in small channels flow noisily, the great flow silent. Whatever’s not full makes noise. Whatever is full is quiet.

By completing each one of these steps, you will be able to be realeased from suffering.

  Meditation 

Whenever your mind is not at ease, find a safe place, sit down and take a moment to relax. Focus on your breathing. Feel your body. This will enable you to open gates and move forward.

Looking deeply at life as it is in this very moment, the meditator dwells in stability and freedom.
